I know I can be slow at times but I have searched all my mail folders and cannot find an email from you! I am happy to answer any questions on our Morse keys but please note I don’t sit at my computer all day, I make Morse keys.

(145) Just bought a 2nd hand Kent handkey.
How can i clean the brass to make it all shiny again?

Top part of plastic knob was not polished so i used a file to remove the round edge.

This key feels perfect smile
Can i order a tailored made bronze key?

Kent is great on product, slow and poor on communications. My key was delayed once because they didn't read my order. The KT-1 delivered is different than the one advertised. There is no adjustment to the front contact. Key feels fine and I think it will be my favorite. Time will tell. I also own the TP-1 and may buy the single lever for use as a cootie key.

Received the paddle kit yesterday after a month order. Got it unpacked and assembled. This is my first paddle. It is heavy and ahhh... i'm at home with it right on. Worth it well! Great job Rob.

Hi,
do you have any idea about an order I have placed at 12 october, for an "hand key Kit".
tried to email you but no answer, and when dialing I get a message telling me that the number doesn't exist.

My family and I have been Civil War reenactors for 24 years. The past seven years I have been portraying a 19th Century telegrapher. I have two working period telegraph stations using all original equipment. I knew about the Albert Vail Key but the Smithsonian would not loan be their only original. I found about the Kent replicas and decided to order the reproduction Vail Key from Mr. Kent. All I can say is WOW !!
This is a real showpiece and one I will be proud to display as part of my telegraph impression. Though not an original piece, this key is going to attract a lot of attention just because of its engineering excellence. Thanks for having this part of history available.

Have been using the ST-1 key now for many months. Very lovely action. I am now spoiled and find using any of my other keys to be very tiring and irritating. Just finished a 2 1/2 hour QSO using my Kent straight key and am ready for another
