I placed an order a couple of days ago, but I still got no reaction.
I tried to call them on the phone DAILY...but no response. Anyone know what is going on ? Are they on holidays or so ?
There is no trace of that fact that they might be on holidays on their website?

I'm confused!! No order has been received by us and yes we are on holiday till the 25th of September. If you try to place an order you will see this information in big red letters!!! If you placed an order for the Kent II keys it can only be with Waters and Stanton and would suggest you contact them.
